Refund Policy

All ticket and service sales are final unless otherwise noted below. We understand that plans change, so refunds may be available under specific circumstances as detailed in this policy.

 General Ticket Sales

  • All sales are final. Refunds will only be issued in the circumstances described in Sections 2 and 3 below.

  • Service or processing fees charged by our ticketing provider are non‑refundable.

 Refund Eligibility & Deadlines

  1. Advance Request: Full refunds will be granted if you submit a written request at least 14 days prior to the event date.

  2. Late Requests: Requests submitted fewer than 14 days before the event may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis but are not guaranteed.

  3. Donations: All charitable contributions (e.g., via ActBlue) are final and cannot be refunded through TechConnect Muslim Fest.

Event Cancellation or Postponement

  • Cancellation by Organizer: If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund of your ticket price (excluding non‑refundable service fees).

  • Postponement: If an event is moved to a new date, your ticket will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund up to 7 days before the original event date.

How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, email refunds@tcmuslimfest.com with:

 

  • Your full name

  • Order or transaction number

  • Email address used at purchase

  • Brief explanation of your request

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and, if approved, process the refund within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
